FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How quickly can you get to my home?
We confirm the first available window when you book. Call before noon to ask about a same-day appointment anywhere in Metro Atlanta. Refrigerators that are not cooling go to the front of the line because food is at stake.
How much is the service call?
The diagnostic visit is $80 for standard appliances and $120 for double, built-in and combination ovens. It is waived in full when you approve the repair, so you only pay it if you decide not to fix the appliance.
Do you give a price before you start the repair?
Always. After the diagnosis you get a written, flat-rate estimate that includes parts and labor. Nothing happens until you approve it, and the price does not change once work begins.
Is your work guaranteed?
Every repair carries a 60-day parts-and-labor warranty. If the same problem returns within 60 days, we come back and make it right at no charge.
What are your hours?
Appointments run Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Phones answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can call or text at 10 PM on a Sunday and book a visit.
Which brands do you repair?
All major brands: Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Maytag, KitchenAid, Bosch, Kenmore, Electrolux and Amana, plus premium lines including Sub-Zero, Thermador, Miele, Dacor and Fisher & Paykel. For Wolf, Viking and Thermador, we repair gas, dual-fuel, electric and induction models once they are out of the factory warranty. We are an independent company, not affiliated with any brand.
Do you repair gas appliances?
Yes. We repair gas, electric and induction ranges, ovens and cooktops, and gas and electric dryers. Work on the gas piping itself, such as a new line, a moved shutoff or a leak in the line, is for a licensed gas contractor or your gas utility. If you smell gas, leave and call 911 or your gas utility.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Credit card, Debit card, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle. Payment is due when the repair is complete, and you receive an itemized invoice by email or text.
What should I do before the technician arrives?
Have the model number handy if you can find it (usually on a sticker inside the door or on the back), clear a path to the appliance, and note when the problem started and what you saw. For refrigerators, keep the doors closed to protect your food.
