Appliance Repair in Dallas, GA

City in Paulding County (county seat). Gas and electric appliances, $80 diagnostic waived with the repair.

City in Paulding County (county seat)

Dallas is the Paulding County seat, but most of what surrounds its small downtown is newer: subdivisions that went up quickly in the 2000s around Seven Hills, Highway 278 and the Dallas Acworth Highway, with half of all homes built in 2002 or later. That makes original-to-the-house appliances the usual call. We work in 30132 and 30157 on these terms: an $80 diagnostic, credited to the repair when you approve it; a flat labor charge from $180 plus parts; and a 60-day warranty. Many homes sit on large or rural lots, so send gate or driveway directions with the booking. Covered: dishwashers, washers, refrigerators, gas, electric and induction ranges and ovens, gas and electric dryers, disposals and built-in microwaves.

Homes in Dallas

Census estimates date half the homes in Dallas to 2002 or later. Original appliances from those years are where ice makers, drain pumps and control boards start to fail, and the decision between a part and a new machine gets real; our repair or replace guide lays out the numbers.

Water in Dallas

Paulding County Water System’s primary source is the Richland Creek Reservoir, filled from the Etowah River and treated at the Richland Creek plant, supplemented with water bought from the Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority; it serves more than 60,000 customers, Dallas among them. The City of Dallas also runs a water utility fed by the county system, and in July 2025 it transferred several subdivisions to county billing. Neither report publishes a hardness number. The county’s 24-hour leak line is 770-445-2761; the city’s is 770-443-8110.

Power and outages in Dallas

GreyStone Power, the cooperative headquartered in Hiram, serves portions of Paulding and seven other counties, and it takes outage reports at 1-866-473-9786 or by text (OUT to 81492). A Dallas bill confirms whether GreyStone or another company is your provider. Once service is restored, reset tripped breakers and GFCI outlets, then book if the appliance still will not start; our power outage guide has the checklist.
