Where to find the Sub-Zero serial tag
Sub-Zero says the tag location depends on the series: inside the door near the top hinge on Classic, 600 and 500 Series units, inside the middle drawer on Designer column units, and inside the cabinet at the upper left on undercounter units. Have the model and serial number ready when you book; Sub-Zero also needs them to check warranty status.

My Sub-Zero is less than two years old. Should I call you?
No. Call Sub-Zero first: its warranty covers all parts and labor for two years, and the sealed system for five, through its Factory Certified Service.
How much is a Sub-Zero diagnostic?
The diagnostic is $80, waived when you approve the repair, the same as any refrigerator. Labor starts at $180 plus parts; Sub-Zero parts cost more than standard-brand parts, and the written estimate shows the total before any work starts.
How soon can you get to a Sub-Zero?
We book the next available appointment. Refrigerators that are not cooling go to the front of the line.
