Technician jobs · Setup

Finish your contractor setup

Three steps, all online, in any order, then your technician portal opens. Insurance certificates usually take the longest, so start there.

  1. 01

    Send your details and documents

Your business details, the counties and appliances you want offers for, and your insurance certificates and any EPA 608 card. Use the form below.

  2. 02

Read and sign the contractor agreement

Per-job pay, your right to accept or decline any job, insurance, and how either side ends the agreement. Read or print it, sign online, and get the signed PDF by email.

The final agreement is being reviewed. We will send you the link to sign.

  3. 03

    W-9 and getting paid

Upload your signed W-9 (IRS Form W-9) with your onboarding documents, and give us the Zelle or bank details where you want your weekly pay sent. Pay weeks run Monday to Sunday; your statement comes Monday morning and is paid by direct transfer on Friday.

  4. 04

    Open your technician portal

Once your agreement is countersigned, you'll get an email from Callbook: "Atlanta Appliance Techs invited you to Callbook". Set your password (the link expires in 7 days) to open your technician portal: job offers you accept or decline, estimates, and your weekly pay statements.

Not sure what you need? See the checklist. Haven't applied yet? Apply first.
